1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GyanPath AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GyanPath AI provides AI-powered study tools for Indian students preparing for CBSE, JEE, NEET, and State Board examinations, including AI Question Paper Generation, AI Notes, Revision Packs, Answer Grading, Study Planning, and other educational features.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your use of the Platform and any subscription payments made on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, automate, overload, or abuse any AI generation services.
AI-generated content is intended solely for personal educational use.

4. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content is provided for personal educational use. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit generated content without prior written permission from GyanPath AI.

5. Subscription & Payments

The Free Explorer Plan is limited according to the usage limits shown within the Platform.
Student Plan subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the option selected.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund Policy: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. The only exception is where you are successfully charged for the Student Plan but Premium features fail to unlock, or the Platform does not function as described because of a verified technical issue on our end. In such cases you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge by emailing gyanpath.ai@gmail.com with your registered email address and payment reference number.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, partial use of a billing period, or failure to cancel before renewal.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of AI services, attempts to bypass usage limits, fraudulent activity, or abusive behaviour toward other users. Wherever reasonably possible, we will notify you before or at the time of suspension and explain the reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users should always verify important educational information using trusted academic resources.

8. Limitation of Liability

GyanPath AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
